The Boring Bits

When do we post?

We post on Tuesday’s and Friday’s and you can request your Australia Post tracking number if required.

Do we ship overseas?

At this stage we are only able to ship within Australia.
Annie from Green Door Decor is one of our largest stockists in Australia and offers international shipping so head to the stockist page for more info.

How much is postage?

Postage is a flat rate & charged at whichever is highest in your order
L & XL $20 (these are rolled and packed in a tube)
A3 & A4 $13 (packaged with 700gsm card in an Aus Post tough bag sent flat)
Postage to 3300 area code is flat rate $5

Can I pick up a print in Hamilton?

Unfortunately, no. I am in and out of the studio, running after chickens, doing school runs and all sorts of other ‘high-life’ type activities. Local postage is available. All orders with the shipping postcode of 3300 will be reduced to $5 flat rate shipping.

Why do L & XL Prints need an extra 7 days?

Due to their size, L & XL are custom printed to order.
We use all local printers and postage to complete your orders, and quality takes time.

What type of paper do we use for our prints?

L & XL images are printed on Ilford Galerie Prestige Smooth Pearl 310gsm photo paper and come thoughtfully wrapped in acid free tissue paper and recycled brown paper.
A3 & A4 is printed on Pacesetter Laser Board high white 300gsm paper which is ECF Elemental Chlorine Free.
Limited edition prints may be printed on different paper but this will be listed with the item description.

A note on the prints

Please note that all print image come from an A3 digital file, other sizes may be positioned differently on the page allowing more or less negative space depending on the size and positioning of the original art work.

Please note that the colours of the final print may differ slightly from the colours you are seeing on your monitor. Each monitor displays colour slightly differently and we can not guarantee that what you are seeing is a true representation of the final product.

What if I want an original?!

I don’t take on any commission work, sorry.
Originals regularly become available on the Facebook page though so keep your eyes peeled!
Collaboration enquiries from like minded creatives are always welcome.
